Terms of Service

1. Purpose and definitions

These terms govern your use of the Service. A "user" is a member who has agreed to these terms and uses the Service. A "card" is an item in which the Service summarizes a single official update in Korean.

2. The Service

The Service collects official blog posts, release notes, API changelogs, deprecation notices, YouTube videos, and GitHub releases from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Cursor, summarizes each item in Korean, and shows what changed, with links to the originals, for the companies, period, and channels you select. The Service is opening in stages, so some screens may be visible only to users chosen by the operator, and the companies and sources covered may change.

3. Accounts

You can use the Service after signing up through Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and must tell us promptly if you learn your account has been used without permission. Accounts created with someone else's information or with false information may be restricted.

4. Fees

The Service is currently free and does not take payments. If we introduce paid features, we will announce the prices and payment terms in advance and will not charge you unless you agree.

5. AI summaries and original sources

Cards are produced by summarizing and classifying each company's published posts with AI (OpenAI models), so they may omit details or contain errors. Please check the original link on each card before making important decisions. Copyright in the original posts and trademarks in the products belong to their respective companies, and the Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Use another person's account or access the Service without authorization
• Collect cards in bulk with automated tools or redistribute them
• Disrupt the operation of the Service, for example with abnormal volumes of requests
• Reverse engineer, copy without permission, or resell the Service

7. Changes to and suspension of the Service

We may improve, change, or discontinue all or part of the Service and will announce significant changes in advance. We are not responsible for delays or interruptions in collection or summarization caused by the original publishers, natural disasters, system failures, or other events beyond our control.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time in Settings > Data. If you violate these terms or applicable law, we may restrict or terminate your account after notifying you.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as is, without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from decisions you make in reliance on card contents.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court has jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes between the Service and users.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will post the changes with their effective date and reasons in the Service at least 7 days before they take effect, or at least 30 days before for changes that are unfavorable to you.
